Senior System Backup Engineer (Cohesity)

We are seeking an experienced System Backup Engineer with strong Cohesity backup and recovery expertise to support and enhance enterprise and mission-critical infrastructure environments. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting robust backup, recovery, and data protection solutions across Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, and Pure Storage platforms.

This position plays a key role in ensuring data availability, resilience, compliance, and recoverability for critical systems.

• Design, implement, and manage Cohesity backup and recovery solutions
• Ensure reliable backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations
• Perform and validate regular restore testing (file, VM, application, and full system)
• Manage backup policies, retention, replication, and archiving
• Support ransomware protection, immutability, and cyber-recovery strategies
