Senior System Design Engineer

About the Client:

We are hiring a Lead System Design Engineer to join our client, which is a fast-growing renewable energy company working on domestic solar projects in India. This is a first hire for the role, and the person will play a key ownership and leadership role in translating customer requirements into efficient, safe, and build-ready solar system designs.

The role demands strong hands-on system design capability combined with on-site implementation understanding, enabling practical, execution-friendly engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Solar System Design Ownership
Own complete system design for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
Translate customer requirements, sanction notes, and site conditions into optimized systemdesigns
Conduct roof assessment, site feasibility, and shadow analysis to maximize system efficiency
