Project Description:

For our client we are seeking experienced IT Engineer to join our team and support critical infrastructure operations, security management, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, datacenter lifecycle maintenance, and network administration, ensuring high availability and compliance with organizational standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incidents within SLA using ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and implement datacenter equipment, servers, and services.
  • Perform KPI-driven security vulnerability analysis and patch management.
  • Administer Active Directory and Identity Access Management (IAM).
  • Configure and maintain networks, including VLANs and VPNs.
  • Monitor systems and services for outages and configure alerts.
  • Automate tasks using scripting and deploy software via SCCM


Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Incident Management: ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Infrastructure Management: Datacenter hardware lifecycle, server administration.
  • Security: Vulnerability assessment, patching, KPI tracking.
  • Active Directory & IAM: User/group management, file shares, zone control.
  • Networking: VLAN configuration, VPN setup, structured cabling.
  • Automation & Deployment: Scripting (PowerShell, Bash), SCCM.
  • Monitoring Tools: Service monitoring and alert configuration.


Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Experience with Azure AD, Intune MDM, Citrix Workspace.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.


Languages:

  • English: B2 Upper Intermediate
