* 10 - 15 Yrs hands on experience on Azure Dev Ops services & Release Management
* Must be able to build CI/CD pipeline from scratch using YAML & classic editors. Also, have experience with multi-stage pipelines, deployment & approval workflows.
* Deep understanding of Full-Stack Technical Proficiency including backend and frontend with excellent troubleshooting skills across all layers whether it be application, db, networking & cloud services.
* Experience with monitoring tools like application insights, Spunk.
* AI-Driven Development - Demonstrated exp using AI tools such as Github Copilot, Chat GPT to speed up development and delivery. Leverage AI for code generation, testing, troubleshooting, and other tasks.
* Excellent leadership skills along with great collaboration efforts. Mentor, lead, champion Dev Ops culture.
* Financial services or regulated industry experience
* Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science.
