Senior System Engineer

Copello have partnered with an established Defence Engineering business in the recruitment of a Senior Systems Engineer.

This role focuses on the design and delivery of advanced systems in areas such as resilient navigation, RF communications and sensor-based technologies used in challenging operational environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading system design across the full lifecycle, from early R&D through to deployment and support
• Acting as technical authority on selected projects, guiding architecture, trade-offs and engineering decisions
• Working closely with end users and stakeholders to shape and deliver effective solutions
• Providing technical assurance, managing risk and ensuring quality, performance and delivery targets are met
