ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Company’s core IT infrastructure. This is a critical role that will bring senior-level, hands-on expertise to the team. You will ensure stability, performance, and optimization of our key systems, establish clear ownership of our infrastructure, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues. This role will leverage AI-powered solutions to enhance IT operations and will collaborate with the Security Analyst to implement new security standards. Your work will directly increase system uptime, reduce business risk, and enable teams to execute their strategic initiatives.
