What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the creation and support of a wide range of IT solutions for our valued clients.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving across our tech stack – by phone, email, chat, remote login, or onsite.
• Acting as a trusted expert and escalation point within our Annuity Services Team.
• Delivering top-notch customer service with advanced technical know-how.
• Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing complex client infrastructure with minimal supervision.
• Managing your workload independently, consistently meeting SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT targets.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff, sharing your deep knowledge and experience.
• Keeping documentation sharp and up to date.
• Staying abreast of the latest in tech and proactively recommending improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant, hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) in senior IT engineering roles, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Citrix, Windows Server, Entra ID/AD, enterprise server hardware, backup/storage/virtualisation (Lenovo/IBM, HPe, VMware, Hyper‑V, Veeam), networking (Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco), and cyber security tools.
• A proven ability to solve complex problems quickly and logically.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
• A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to ongoing learning at the expert level.
• Ownership, accountability, and a drive to make a difference from day one.
• MSP experience? That’s a big plus!
