Responsibilities
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• VIP support
• Level 3 support and handle vendor IT team.
• Enhance on the BAU gaps with automation methodologies.
• Maintaining and optimizing end-user devices, including computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Periodical system support such as patching.
• Oversee integration, compatibility and continuing operations of systems to ensure minimal disruption.
• Installing, configuring, and updating software applications used by end-users.
• Ensuring the security of end-user devices and data, implementing security policies and best practices.
