**What you’ll do:**
Positions main responsibility would be to work with cross functional global/local teams nd lead the development of Systems engineering strategies and execute the Low Voltage and Power Conversion Systems for eMobility as per requirements of end Customer & project complying with Eaton Pro-Launch process. The Lead engineer shall co-ordinates multi-disciplined engineering projects for Systems engineering and serves as an expert resource for other engineers, test lab team, identify opportunities in projects & mentor engineers for disclosures/patent applications, technical paper publication & presentations in external bodies. The position requires the incumbent to be highly proficient in Engineering skills, Requirements management, System architecture for HV/LV DCDC, verification and validation skills, standards, project management and documentation with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, thus enabling rapid development and execution validation ...
