• Administer Okta for identity federation, user lifecycle management, SSO and MFA across SaaS applications.

• Manage SaaS service configurations as code (e.g., with Terraform or similar tools), to ensure repeatable, auditable, and scalable deployments.

• Oversee configuration, licensing, policy enforcement and maintenance across platforms: Google Workspace, Slack, Proofpoint, Dropbox, and Microsoft Entra ID / Office 365.

• Partner closely with Security and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with standards such as FEDRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other regulatory requirements.
