Senior Systems Engineer (Level 4)

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead Information Assurance (IA) system, hardware, and software design efforts in support of secure mission-critical environments. In this role, you will oversee the evaluation, generation, allocation, and tracking of requirements throughout the development lifecycle to ensure all systems meet security certification and accreditation standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate IA considerations into system architectures and technical implementations. This position involves conducting implementation and technology studies to assess emerging tools, methods, and system enhancements.
