ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and availability of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure supporting GBS customers. The role provides expert‑level technical support across the Wilson Group, leading infrastructure deployment and maintenance, planning and implementing system changes, and reviewing designs to recommend continuous improvements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
IT Operations
- Provide advanced technical support for BAU operations across on-premise and cloud environments
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues as required
- Collaborate with and mentor team members to support capability uplift
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of infrastructure changes
