Senior Systems Engineer

Overview

The Citrix Senior Engineer is responsible for owning the reliability, security, and resilience of the organization’s Citrix platforms while leading incident response, driving continuous improvement, and enabling scalable support across teams. The Citrix Senior Engineer will contribute as a key member to projects dealing with the end-user experience and will build strong relationships within the business to ensure the success of these projects.

Responsibilities

• Position provides monitoring, troubleshooting, recovery, and problem escalation in a Citrix virtual environment.
• Works with vendor support on evaluation and implementation of new technology.
• Serve as a senior technical owner for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and associated infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, security, and lifecycle management.
