- Key Responsibilities: Implementing, maintaining and supporting unified communications systems focusing on Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams integration.
  • Cisco CUCM Configuration Management
  • Multimodal Collaboration Solution Delivery (Microsoft Teams Direct Routing)
  • Voice and Video Quality Assurance.

Main Skills Required for Success in This Role:


      Skill 1. Unified Communications Engineering Experience : Strong experience with designing, developing and implementing enterprise-wide UC solutions using latest tools, technologies & methodologies is required.
    1. (Technical skills) Proficiency in configuring & managing various communication protocols including SIP/H323/RTP/SCCP
