Overview

Reporting to Head of Development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise-level Tableau analytics solutions. This role combines deep Tableau technical expertise, data modeling skills, and leadership responsibilities to deliver scalable, high-performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Lead the design and implementation of Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
• Define Tableau best practices, standards, and governance models (security, performance, deployment)
• Act as the primary technical authority for Tableau architecture and advanced functionality
• Drive optimization of existing dashboards for performance and usability
• Configure users, groups, permissions, and row-level security
