Position Scope:

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisorreporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead end-to-end global recruiting efforts while driving strategic initiatives that enhance how the company attracts, onboards, and retains exceptional talent across North America, EMEA, LATAM and other regions as they expand geographies to fuel their growth.

You’ll play a dual role — managing key searches across technical and business disciplines while leading impactful projects to elevate the global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding functions. You’ll also provide day-to-day leadership to contract recruiters and contribute to building scalable, data-driven hiring processes that support the company’s continued global growth.
