Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of global roles spanning Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A functions — from intake to offer acceptance — ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.

  • Lead and coach contract and contingent recruiting resources, ensuring consistency in process execution, candidate experience, and employer brand representation across all regions.

  • Act as an advocate and coach for hiring managers on recruitment best practices across cultures.

  • Drive strategic TA and onboarding projects, such as process optimization, technology implementation, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s global talent strategy.

  • Partner with global HR and business leaders to align workforce planning, hiring priorities, and regional market intelligence with organizational goals.
