Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Pursuit Collection is seeking an innovative, dynamic, and accomplished Talent Acquisition leader, with proven success in leading teams, building talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies, and achieving key talent acquisition metrics with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will oversee our talent acquisition efforts across Canada.

With a passion for building relationships and driving results, this leader will inspire, coach, and support operations teams to efficiently and creatively identify and attract top talent throughout all stages of the talent lifecycle. Reporting to Pursuit’s Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.
