Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for US roles
  • Candidate sourcing via job portals & LinkedIn
  • Resume screening & initial interviews
  • Interview scheduling & follow-ups
  • Maintaining ATS & recruitment reports

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of US recruitment experience
  • Strong sourcing & screening skills
  • Knowledge of US hiring process & time zones
  • Good communication skills
