Seeking an experienced HR professional with 7+ years of expertise in fast-paced IT and Non-IT recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and client-side hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
Stakeholder and client-side hiring coordination
Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview management
Lead and monitor recruitment team performance
Maintain recruitment reports and MIS
Requirements:
7+ years HR / Talent Acquisition experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Bachelors degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
