Seeking an experienced HR professional with 7+ years of expertise in fast-paced IT and Non-IT recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and client-side hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- Stakeholder and client-side hiring coordination
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview management
- Lead and monitor recruitment team performance
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS
Requirements:
- 7+ years HR / Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Bachelors degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
