Job Description

Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing Focus):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, vendors, referrals, and local hiring channels
  • Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule technical rounds
  • Manage bulk hiring and contract staffing when required
  • Ensure timely offer rollout, joining, and onboarding at plant locations
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports


HR Operations:

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for plant employees
  • Handle attendance, shift coordination, leave management, and payroll inputs
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and statutory documentation
  • Support compliance with labor laws and factory-related statutory requirements
  • Coordinate exit formalities, F&F settlements, and clearance
