Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to design recruiting strategies, attract high-caliber talent, and elevate the candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, an analytical mindset, and a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid- to senior-level positions, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
