Seeking an experienced HR professional with 7+ years of expertise in fast-paced IT and Non-IT recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and client-side hiring.


Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Stakeholder and client-side hiring coordination
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview management
  • Lead and monitor recruitment team performance
  • Maintain recruitment reports and MIS

Requirements:


  • 7+ years HR / Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Bachelors degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
