- Resume screening & initial interviews
- Interview scheduling & follow-ups
- Maintaining ATS & recruitment reports
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of US recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Knowledge of US hiring process & time zones
- Good communication skills
