Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to design recruiting strategies, attract high-caliber talent, and elevate the candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, an analytical mindset, and a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid- to senior-level positions, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
Use multiple sourcing channels (, referrals, networking events, ATS databases, etc.) to identify top talent.
Facilitate structured interviews, guide hiring teams through selection best practices, and ensure bias-free decision-making.
