Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


a. Talent Development

  • Training Needs Analysis based on the competency Mapping, functional feedback, performance feedback etc. in consultation with line managers
  • All mandatory Induction Programs to be conducted before confirmation
  • Ensure all employees receive training as per statutory compliance (E.G.
    - Disaster Management, POSH etc.)
  • Conduct Skill / Knowledge / Behavioral / Process / Product trainings in the region as per the guidelines
  • Compilation of monthly / fortnightly / Specific Training session related reports (Training log, Assessments, Training Calendar, Training feedback etc.)
  • Provide feedback on training needs of the market region to corporate Training division to be able to have customized Performance Improvement Plans for every employee
