Job Overview

Our Talent Finder will help identify the best talents in Latin America. Your primary tasks include:

• Scouting the Net (LinkedIn, etc.) to identify the best talents for each discipline we cover (mobile, QA automation, front/back-end, UX/UI)
• Attending networking events that pertain to our industry
• Identifying active and passive candidates; maintaining a database of potential high-profile candidates per country
• Being as creative as possible and finding new ways to attract world-class talents
• Conferring with our technical team to organize interviews and follow-ups.

This position is based in either Queretaro or Tepatitlán (JAL) .
