Our Talent Finder will help identify the best talents in Latin America. Your primary tasks include: Scouting the Net (LinkedIn, etc.) to identify the best talents for each discipline we cover (mobile, QA automation, front/back-end, UX/UI) Attending networking events that pertain to our industry Identifying active and passive candidates; maintaining a database of potential high-profile candidates per country Being as creative as possible and finding new ways to attract world-class talents Conferring with our technical team to organize interviews and follow-ups.
