This boutique accounting firm is in the early stages of its growth journey and currently operates with a close-knit team of four. Founded by experienced professionals from larger accounting firms, the practice prides itself on high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a collaborative, hands-on environment.

As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to play a key role in managing client work end-to-end and helping shape the future of the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SME and private clients, delivering end-to-end tax compliance services
  • Prepare and review income tax returns, BAS, FBT, and other tax compliance work
  • Provide practical tax advice and support directly to clients
  • Review work completed by junior staff and provide on-the-job guidance
  • Assist with improving processes, systems, and workflows as the firm grows
