Senior Tax Advisor

Pronto is looking for a strong functional leader to anchor our tax function as we scale operations. We are seeking a Tax Lead who is not just a compliance checkbox-ticker, but a strategic partner to the business. You will be responsible for end-to-end tax management (Direct & Indirect) and, crucially, for interpreting complex tax laws to safeguard the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Tax Advisory & Litigation

• Interpret & defend: Analyze complex tax implications for new business models (specifically regarding aggregators, gig-workers, and service delivery). Provide clear, legally backed opinions to leadership.
• Litigation management: Lead the drafting of responses to notices, appeals, and submissions. Represent Pronto before tax authorities and handle assessment proceedings aggressively and ethically.
