Senior T&C Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior T&C Engineer with proven hands-on experience in air-side and hydronic-side testing and balancing. This role is site-based and involves leading TAB works, supervising technicians, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure HVAC systems perform as designed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and lead air-side testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) for HVAC systems
• Carry out hydronic-side balancing for chilled water, condenser water, and related systems
• Balance AHUs, FAUs, FCUs, VAVs, exhaust systems, pumps, risers, and branches
• Identify and troubleshoot airflow and water flow issues on site
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians during site works
