This role exists because engineering teams scaled faster than the infrastructure underneath them.

The organisation is building complex, product-grade robotics systems and needs a
senior infrastructure leader
who can both
lead people
and
go deep technically
. You'll own the foundations that engineering teams rely on every day from CI/CD and observability to reliability, security, and cost control.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
. If you're looking for pure management or pure IC work, this won't be the right fit.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Infrastructure, DevOps, and Tooling teams (line management + technical leadership)
• Own reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency of the platform
• Set standards for CI/CD, observability, and developer experience across engineering
