    Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  • Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work alongside a global team of TA Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Sr TA Partner - Tech Hiring should have:

  • Strong expertise in recruitment processes, particularly for technical roles.
  • 8-15 years of extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition professional gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environment.
  • Proven ability to source and attract highly skilled professionals in the electricity sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of the energy and natural resources industry.
