Job Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles within the energy and natural resources industry.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent.Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization.Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to stakeholders.Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work alongside a global team of TA Partners and TA Sourcing SpecialistsThe Successful Applicant
A successful Sr TA Partner - Tech Hiring should have:
Strong expertise in recruitment processes, particularly for technical roles.8-15 years of extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition professional gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environment.Proven ability to source and attract highly skilled professionals in the electricity sector.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.Understanding of the energy and natural resources industry.
