Essential Skills
- Proven experience leading 6+ person customer-facing technical teams (TAMs, implementation, or solutions) in B2B SaaS, with direct accountability for go-live timelines and adoption metrics.
- Strong systems and process design skills to build, standardize, and enforce TAM playbooks, workflows, and quality gates across complex implementations.
- Expertise in technical customer advisory: integrations, data flows, business process mapping, and bridging non-technical customer needs with SaaS capabilities.
- Stakeholder management and communication to handle US executive escalations, facilitate meetings, and drive decisions during PST hours.
Good to Haves
- Experience in vertical SaaS or industries like logistics/fuel/supply chain, understanding operational workflows and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
