Should have 7 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM data migration, script development, extracts & reporting with at least 2 end to end projects involving the Core HR, Absence, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Compensation, and Talent Suite modules. Function as a technical professional and subject matter expert, leveraging deep expertise in industry best practices and solution design to support multiple business processes and technologies. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the consultant for functional streams.
