The Senior Technical Coordinator Role:
An established and rapidly growing partnerships-led developer is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to support a strong pipeline of Apartment and ExtraCare schemes across Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical and design information required to deliver projects from planning through to completion. This role involves taking ownership of the technical function across multiple live schemes, ensuring documentation is fully coordinated, compliant and buildable.
