Potensis Selection are working with a well-established residential developer based in Surrey who are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their growing Technical team.
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the technical design process across multiple residential projects, from pre-construction to completion. Working closely with internal development and construction teams, as well as external consultants, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate external consultants, making sure everyone knows what's expected and that design information is delivered on time, on budget, and to the right standard.
Stay on top of planning and approvals, including conditions, building regulations, NHBC sign-offs, and any legal agreements, so projects keep moving without delays.
