Constructing innovative homes with a varied portfolio from character properties to luxury apartments. The client is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to assist in the delivery of new sites.
The main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
Checking detailed construction drawings
Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues
Working within established budgets
Attending progress meetings
Carrying out site inspections
