Job Description
We are in search of a **Senior Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in Salesforce** to lead distributed teams throughout various LATAM locations.
This position will require close cooperation with onsite Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Delivery Managers from the US, Poland, and India to effectively oversee Salesforce projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations and vendors
- Deliver project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to achieve outstanding program outcomes
- Determine and collect input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Oversee concise definition of scope throughout the entire program
- Develop and sustain documentation pertinent to the management of the program and associated projects
