Position: Senior Technical Advisor – Plastic Processing & Packaging

We are looking to engage a retired senior technical professional from the plastics industry who has held leadership roles and brings strong relationships with marquee FMCG clients such as HUL, Dabur, ITC, P&G, and similar organizations.

The role is ideal for a veteran who enjoys mentoring teams, solving complex technical challenges, and guiding organizations in scaling operations, improving processes, and winning customer confidence.

Key Expectations
  • Deep expertise in plastic processing (injection moulding preferred).
  • Strong experience in mould development and industrialization.
  • Proven track record in new product development (NPD) .
  • Experience in setting up greenfield/brownfield projects , plant optimization, and technology selection.
