Senior Technical Executive - (523)

• Inspects all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan 
presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues 
on non-compliance
• Attends site / TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built 
according to approved plans
• Liaises with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code 
compliance
• Assists in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination 
with consultants
• Able to work independently in fast paced working environment

• A recognised Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent or Graduated 
with an Architectural Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent 
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience 
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM operation
• Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local 
authorities
