Monday to Friday 8am to 515pm

Has to work on Weekends, but will be able to claim weekdays time off

The duties & responsibilities will include but not limited to:

A. Building and Facilities

  • Maintenance and repair work for the building and facilities.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work.
  • Sourcing of contractor and preparation of WR if necessary
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for the air-con system.
  • Plan and schedule corrective work for air-con system
  • Sourcing of contractor and preparation of WR if necessary
  • Plan and schedule minor electrical maintenance work
  • Plan and schedule routine inspection of charging points during weekends and public holiday
