We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert for this project!
Responsibilities:
- Provide global Level 1 support for SPM and Level 2 support mainly for ITSM within the ServiceNow-based service management tool.
- Resolve incidents and manage RITMs, ensuring service continuity and efficiency.
- Maintain and update the service catalogue to reflect current offerings.
- Deliver training sessions and support users in adopting processes and tools.
- Manage data change initiatives and contribute to continuous service improvement.
