Key Responsibilities
Provide global Level 1 and Level 2 support for Silva products based on ServiceNow SPM and ITSM
Resolve incidents and service requests, including RITMs, ensuring SLA and service quality compliance
Maintain and optimise the Silva Service Catalogue within ServiceNow
Deliver user training sessions and support data change and improvement projects
Contribute to demand, project, and product portfolio management processes (SPM)
