We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert for this project!


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global Level 1 and Level 2 support for Silva products based on ServiceNow SPM and ITSM
  • Resolve incidents and service requests, including RITMs, ensuring SLA and service quality compliance
  • Maintain and optimise the Silva Service Catalogue within ServiceNow
  • Deliver user training sessions and support data change and improvement projects
  • Contribute to demand, project, and product portfolio management processes (SPM)
