We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert for this project!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide global Level 1 and Level 2 support for Silva products based on ServiceNow SPM and ITSM
- Resolve incidents and service requests, including RITMs, ensuring SLA and service quality compliance
- Maintain and optimise the Silva Service Catalogue within ServiceNow
- Deliver user training sessions and support data change and improvement projects
- Contribute to demand, project, and product portfolio management processes (SPM)
