Responsibilities:

  • Provide global Level 1 support for SPM and Level 2 support mainly for ITSM within the ServiceNow-based service management tool.
  • Resolve incidents and manage RITMs, ensuring service continuity and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the service catalogue to reflect current offerings.
  • Deliver training sessions and support users in adopting processes and tools.
