Job Description
Receive, register, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, transmittals, faxes, and technical drawings.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation as requested by senior management and submit for review and approval.
Support the preparation, categorization, and issuance of Contract Work Requests to contractors.
Establish, maintain, and control document management systems, ensuring proper logging, distribution, tracking, storage, security, and archiving of project documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and safeguard original project records.
Upload and manage all relevant data and documentation within designated software systems and databases.
