  • Receive, register, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, transmittals, faxes, and technical drawings.

  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation as requested by senior management and submit for review and approval.

  • Support the preparation, categorization, and issuance of Contract Work Requests to contractors.

  • Establish, maintain, and control document management systems, ensuring proper logging, distribution, tracking, storage, security, and archiving of project documents.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and safeguard original project records.

  • Upload and manage all relevant data and documentation within designated software systems and databases.
