UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical & Functional Analyst with Advanced SQL, strong Python, and experience working with enterprise data warehouses for an onsite role in Brooklyn, NY to support a high-priority, agency-wide initiative focused on reducing payment error rates and strengthening program integrity. Active LinkedIn preferred. This 3-year contract role will bridge business and technical teams to deliver AI-enabled, automated, and data-driven solutions that improve eligibility accuracy, case processing efficiency, compliance, and operational decision-making in a regulated enterprise environment.
