About the Role

Core Objective: As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical architect and lead developer for the HCM integration workstream. You will drive end-to-end project implementation and delivery, balancing hands-on technical execution—coding and configuring within the Workday ecosystem—with high-level strategic advisory. You are responsible for the full delivery lifecycle, from initial technical discovery and architectural design to final deployment, while guiding customers on long-term technical strategy and the adoption of AI-driven orchestration.

System Interaction: You will architect integrations between Workday’s full HCM suite and external platforms to deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
